I had a spell where I was prone to haemorrhagic cystitis and I bought these probiotics and prebiotics for fear of going through the same thing again, and honestly, everything improved. The dosage is 2 tablets a day, but I alternate them as supplements so I don’t take them every day because I’ve recovered. Even so, when I’ve had intestinal problems, they’ve also helped me.
